For the best results please try to follow these recommendations;
- Use a wired internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 1.5 mbps. (Test your connection here).
- Disconnect from any Virtual Private Networks (VPN).
- Use Google Chrome as your internet browser when connecting with the streamGo platform. (You can download Google Chrome here).
- Connect via a desktop or laptop device.
- Use an external microphone for clearer audio.
- Follow these steps to setup your webcam for the best results.

How To Set Up Your Webcam
Your Slides Should...
- Be saved as a PowerPoint file.
- Have the slide ratio set at either 4x3 or 16x9.
- Avoid using large amounts of small text which may be hard for your audience to read on stream.
- Instead of using QR codes in your slides, try adding links as a resource on your session where clicks will be recorded in your click report
