Creating Question Reports

In this article we will be looking at how you can download a report of all the questions submitted for your online event. This can help you keep these on record, but also make it easier to reach out to attendees who may not have had their question answered during the live session, as attendee info such as email addresses is stored alongside questions.

1

Firstly, login to the streamGo platform by visiting www.events.streamgo.live/dashboard. Make sure you're logging in with a user type that can access reports. You can check this by reading our user login type guide here.

2

Once logged in, navigate to the reports section within the menu at the top of the page. Click Projects on the left. You will then be shown a list of all your projects. Click on the name of the project you would like to view, you will then be greeted with your reports page for this project.

3

Now you have selected the relevant project, you can download all questions across your entire online event easily with a single download. If you would rather keep all your questions for each event/session separate, please skip to the next step. For a single download of all questions, go to the top right of the 'Overall Activity' box and hover over the download icon displayed. Towards the bottom of the list, select the 'Questions' option. This will now begin to create your question report which can be downloaded from the notification at the top of the page.

4

If you want to view questions for each specific event or session, select  'Events' from the menu on the left hand side. This will now display all the events within your project. On the right hand side, there is a column labelled 'Questions'. Find the event you would like to download questions from, the number of questions received will be displayed, and next to this will be a download icon. Click on the icon, and this will now create your questions report. You will receive a notification at the top of the page once it is ready (you may have to scroll up to see this).
