Feature Overview

We love in person events too! This means that if you are looking to host a physical or hybrid event you can still use streamGo to manage your registration, track attendance and allow your guests to interact with events. You can record a attendance to your project as a whole or to individual sessions either by scanning their personal QR code or you can look up their registration and manually check them in, all without the need of any additional software or equipment!

How to add an attendee QR code to an email

Note: You can add a user's QR code to any platform email using the same method but in this example we will be including it in the registration email, so they have it right away!
1
Within your project, navigate to your Registration Email settings. This can be found under the "Communications" settings.
2
You can insert a user's QR code directly from the email editor. Click on insert content > User > Check-in QR Code.
Attendees can then bring this email with them to the event to be checked in by scanning this QR code, a process we will also go through in this help article.

How to check in attendees

1
Click the Projects menu then click the specific Project you want to check an attendee into
2
Expand the People menu and click on Registrants to see everybody who has registered for your project. From this page you can click the Check In button to open up the scanner and use your camera to read the attendee's QR code. If they do not have their QR code you can also manually look up their registration and use the check in button against the registration to manually check them into an event without the use of their QR code.
