Turn on Registration Moderation

Firstly, login to the streamGo dashboard by visiting https://events.streamgo.live/dashboard and using the details provided by your Project Manager. Ensure that you are using a Manager or Admin account. You can check this by reading our article on user login types

Click Projects in the top navigation and click the pencil on the project you wish to work on

Click the Access Control option in the General menu on the left

Here you can toggle on Registrant Moderation



How to Review and Approve Registrations

Firstly, login to the streamGo dashboard by visiting https://events.streamgo.live/dashboard and using the details provided by your Project Manager. Ensure that you are using a Manager or Admin account

Click Projects in the top navigation and click the pencil on the project you wish to work on

Expand the People menu on the left and select Registrants

From here you can select the Registrants that you wish to Approve or Reject using the checkbox on the left. You can then click Move to Approved or Move to Rejected

Following this you can view all Approved or Rejected Registrants using the options at the top of the page
