Roundtables - Moderator Options
Options for Roundtable Moderators to control a discussion
We would always recommend having a Moderator in each of your Roundtables. Your Project Manager will provide you with login details for a Moderator. This will allow your Moderator some additional control during the Roundtable session.
A Moderator will have the ability to Mute and to Remove a Participant. They can do this using the instructions below
- Join the Roundtable you wish to Moderate
- Click the Settings Wheel
- Click the Login button
- Enter the details provided by your Project Manager
- Click the Participant List. This is the silhouette of the person
- Beside each name you should see two icons
- To Mute click the Speaker icon
- To remove click the X icon
