Closed Captions and Subtitles

Live captions are automatically included on your sessions as standard. In this article we will be showing you how to upload a replacement caption file to your replay or on-demand event. It's possible to add closed captions (subtitles) in multiple languages to many streamGo sessions. If your session is a replay or on-demand then this can be done in the platform by uploading a Web VTT caption file.

Note: You must have a Manager login type to upload caption files
