Closed Caption / Subtitles

In this article we will be showing you how to upload a caption file to your replay or on-demand event. It's possible to add closed captions (subtitles) in multiple languages to many streamGo events. If your event is a replay or on-demand then this can be done in the platform by uploading a Web VTT caption file.

Note: You must have a Manager login type to upload caption files
Note: Captions are available on live events too! Get in touch with us if this is something you would like to set up on your event.
