Platform Upgrade FAQs

Your events have been upgraded!

We have worked on our technology to start 2021 with a bang. This upgrade will come a whole host of benefits for you in 2021. These include;

  • greater customisation of event pages
  • quicker and more detailed reporting
  • improved support for webcams
  • easier integration setup, and
  • quicker development of new features

We've tried to cover off the top concerns we can think of below, but if you have any other urgent questions please just email them to projectmanagement@streamgo.co.uk

When will the upgrade happen?

It's live now! See for yourself at https://events.streamgo.live/dashboard/

Will my events still work?

Yes, as an active client, you’ll see no disruption to your past or future events. If this is any different you will hear from us directly with the steps to take.

Will my historic data still be available?

That’s a “yes” again. As an active client all your data will still be available to report on your events.

Will my registrants and attendees be affected?

No. They won’t notice the change and can go about watch on-demand content or registering for events as normal. If this is any different you will have already heard from us directly with the steps to take.

Will my login details change?

No, you can use your existing username and password. To get a reminder just email us at projectmanagement@streamgo.co.uk

Will there be any downtime during the upgrade?

No - it's already been done.

How will I access the new system?

The new URL is https://events.streamgo.live/dashboard/ but the old one will still work ( https://events.streamgo.co.uk/dashboard) just use your existing logins.

We’ll be releasing more information about the upgrade in the coming weeks. In the meantime if any of your colleagues want to find out what will be changing, they can sign up for these updates at streamgo.co.uk/updates
