What are dashbaord users and which level of access is required?

Dashboard Users are anybody who can log into the streamGo dashboard and control aspects of your project. The level of access a user has can be controlled but the user type of their account. We have a help article here which covers our user account types to help you decide what is the most apropriate level of access when managing accounts.


How to create new users

From any page in the dashboard navigate to the Dashboard Accounts page from the three horizontal dots in the top right of your dashboard.

From this page you can delete or edit existing users. To create a new user click the Create Account button.

Fill in the fields with your new user's details and assign their role to determine their level of access. When you click the create account button your new user will recieve an email to set their password and finalise their account setup.
