Automatically create FAQs about your webinar content using AI technology

Our Auto FAQs feature combines transcriptions from events and AI technology to create useful FAQs for attendees. This feature can be used for any on-demand content including live webinars which become available on-demand following the live session. Following the simple steps below your event content will be used to generate important information to display to attendees in a Q&A style summarising the spoken content of the webinar. Of course you can also still add your own human touch by editing the generated FAQs and adding your own additional questions and responses.

Note: Any data sent to the OpenAI API is not used for training and is discarded after completion.

To automatically generate FAQs as part of your auto on-demand process:

When editing your event in the dashboard, select FAQs under the Event Content drop down

Toggle on the switch to generate auto FAQs



To generate FAQs for existing content:

When editing your event in the dashboard, select FAQs under the Event Content drop down

Click the Create FAQ button 



To edit your FAQ section:

When editing your event in the dashboard, select FAQs under the Event Content drop down

Drag and drop your FAQs into your preferred order

Click the pencil icon to edit any of your FAQs
