Firewall Whitelisting Information & Connection Advice for Presenters
The streamGo presenter studio is compatible with most modern web browsers. If you are having trouble connecting please refer your IT team to the firewall whitelisting information here:

Please also ensure that the use of websockets is allowed.
Additional Notes:
- Javascript must be running and functional
- Close down and exit any other video calling apps, such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom
- Make sure you allow permission for your browser and the site to use both your camera and microphone
- 3rd party browser extensions may cause unexpected behaviour and are not supported
- Certain VPNs can interfere with connections to the call, if you're experiencing issues please disable it

We recommend using Chrome as your browser to utilise all features of the presenter studio. To download it on your laptop or desktop computer visit: https://www.google.co.uk/chrome/
If your Android mobile device does not already have the Chrome browser installed, you can download it from the Google Play store here.
