Downloading a Session Recording
In this article we will be showing you how to download a hosted video of your event. This can be an on-demand generated by the platform or media uploaded manually.
Note: You must have a Manager or Editor account type to download session recordings

How To Download Video

Go to "Events" in the top navigation bar. Locate the Event you wish to look at and click the event title or pencil icon to the right

Next, you should expand the Content Menu on the left and Click on Sessions. Locate the Session that you'd like to download media from and click either the session title or the pencil. Note that if you are downloading the recording of a live session, the recording will be availible to download from the on-demand session.

Expand the Session Content Menu on the left and click Streams. Scroll to the section headed Sources. Here you will see a Download button, click it to start downloading the video as an mp4 file. 
How To Download Audio

Expand the Session Content Menu on the left and click Streams

Scroll to the section headed Sources. Here you will see a Download Audio button, this will allow you to download an audio file.
