How to Allow Access using Ticket Types

Ticket Types allow you to limit access to certain elements of your events based on the Ticket a registrant is assigned. This article will discuss how to allow ticket holders access to your events or pages.
 
Note: You will need a Manager or Admin Account to perform the below actions.

How to allow access to an event

Log into the platform, https://events.streamgo.live/dashboard, using your login details provided by your Project Manager

Select Projects in the top navigation. Then click the title of the Project that contains the Event you wish to look at.

Expand the Content menu on the left and click Events. Then click the title of the Event you would like to amend.

In the Event, expand the General menu and select Ticket Access

When you turn on Ticket Types the access will default to "Allow Access for All Tickets". If you disable this you can then toggle which Ticket Types can access the event.

Attendees will no only be able to access Events that match their Ticket Types


How to allow access to a page

Expand the Content menu on the left and click Pages. Then click the Page you would like to amend.

In the Page, expand the General menu and select Ticket Access

When you turn on Ticket Types the access will default to "Allow Access for All Tickets". If you disable this you can then toggle which Ticket Types can access the page.

Attendees will now only have access to the pages assigned to their ticket types. Additionally, the Agenda will now only present events to attendees that match their specific Ticket Types.
